Overview of the high temperature wheels & high temperature castors ALSI series

The heat-resistant wheels in the ALSI series use a die-cast aluminium wheel centre with a vulcanised, highly heat-resistant silicone rubber with a hardness of 75 Shore A. The wheels provide a low level of starting and rolling resistance, excellent floor surface preservation and low-noise operation. The ALSI series is fitted with a ball bearing or plain bore as standard. They can be used at temperatures between -20 °C and +250 °C.

The heat-resistant and floor-preserving wheels of the ALSI series are frequently used in bakeries.

ALSI – Wheels

The standard ALSI series includes wheels with a size of 100 mm. Customers can choose between a plain bore and a heat-resistant ball bearing. Blickle provides a PTFE-coated stainless steel axle tube for the plain bore version.

The wheels in the ALSI series are available as castors with a plate fitting in combination with the following bracket series:

LI series: Heat-resistant pressed steel swivel bracket with top plate fitting, medium duty design

Blickle also provides a bolt hole fitting in addition to the plate fitting option. The following swivel bracket is used for this purpose:
